Hazard Mitigation Senior Manager - Government & Public Services

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on hazard mitigation delivery and program implementation
• Advises on tactical and operational approaches to accelerate mitigation project execution
• Supports the development and execution of program strategies that enhance operational accountability and delivery performance
• Contributes to procurement planning and vendor coordination efforts for standardized project delivery
• Identifies barriers to program execution and recommends practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or 12+ years' of professional work experience
• Required: 5+ years of relevant consulting, public sector, infrastructure, real estate, sustainability, or program management experience
• Required: 5+ years of experience with Risk Mitigation
• Required: 5+ years of experience in Emergency Management
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Preferred: Experience supporting government clients or working in regulated/public sector environments
• Preferred: Exposure to PMO support, change management, business process improvement, or implementation planning
• Preferred: Advanced Excel, data visualization, or financial modeling skills
