Work You'll Do

  • Provide subject matter expertise on hazard mitigation delivery and program implementation
  • Advises on tactical and operational approaches to accelerate mitigation project execution
  • Supports the development and execution of program strategies that enhance operational accountability and delivery performance
  • Contributes to procurement planning and vendor coordination efforts for standardized project delivery
  • Identifies barriers to program execution and recommends practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant consulting, public sector, infrastructure, real estate, sustainability, or program management experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Risk Mitigation
  • 5+ years of experience in Emergency Management
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Able to travel up to 40% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • Experience supporting government clients or working in regulated/public sector environments
  • Exposure to PMO support, change management, business process improvement, or implementation planning
  • Advanced Excel, data visualization, or financial modeling skills
