Work You'll Do
- Provide subject matter expertise on hazard mitigation delivery and program implementation
- Advises on tactical and operational approaches to accelerate mitigation project execution
- Supports the development and execution of program strategies that enhance operational accountability and delivery performance
- Contributes to procurement planning and vendor coordination efforts for standardized project delivery
- Identifies barriers to program execution and recommends practical solutions to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant consulting, public sector, infrastructure, real estate, sustainability, or program management experience
- 5+ years of experience with Risk Mitigation
- 5+ years of experience in Emergency Management
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Able to travel up to 40% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Experience supporting government clients or working in regulated/public sector environments
- Exposure to PMO support, change management, business process improvement, or implementation planning
- Advanced Excel, data visualization, or financial modeling skills
