About the role

The Event Day Hawker is responsible for assertive selling of food and/or beverage through the concourse and in-stand, enhancing the fan experience in unexpected ways.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively sell product through concourse and in-stand
• Perform inventories and settle cash sales after the event
• Offer the highest level of customer service to internal and external guests
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Demonstrate product knowledge and ensure stock replenishment
• Responsible for inventory control
• Live by the 7 Pillars of L.E.G.E.N.D.S: service, teamwork, continuous improvement, change, and fun
• Prioritize client satisfaction by exceeding expectations
• Maintain consistency in attitude and behavior
• Approach tasks with a “can-do” attitude and cheerful manner

Requirements

• Able to transfer high energy into sales
• Able to do math without a cash drawer
• Outgoing with effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)

• Able to walk up and down stairs while holding up to 20lbs
