Responsibilities

• Assertively sell food and/or beverage through the concourse and in-stand.
• Seek ways to enhance the fan experience in unexpected ways.
• Know and live by the 7 Pillars of L.E.G.E.N.D.S. every day through service, teamwork, continuous improvement, change, and fun.
• Prioritize client satisfaction by asking, “How can I exceed your expectations today?”
• Maintain consistency in attitude and behavior.
• Work to make a specific impression on clients.

• Present a cheerful, positive manner.
• Show initiative and take action with an appropriate level of independence.
• Walk and aggressively sell product through the concourse and in-stand.
• Perform inventories and settle cash sales after the event.
• Offer the highest level of customer service to internal and external guests.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stock replenishment.
• Responsible for inventory control.

Qualifications

• Able to transfer high energy into sales.
• Able to do math without a cash drawer.
• Outgoing personality.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs while holding weight up to 20 lbs.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and comply with regulations.
• Complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.

Pay rate: $20.82 per hour.
