About the role

The Event Day Hawker is responsible for assertive selling of food and/or beverage through the concourse and in-stand, enhancing the fan experience in unexpected ways.

Responsibilities

• Assertively sell food and/or beverage through concourse and in-stand
• Enhance the fan experience in unexpected ways
• Live by the 7 Pillars of L.E.G.E.N.D.S: service, teamwork, continuous improvement, change, and fun
• Prioritize client satisfaction by exceeding expectations
• Maintain consistency in attitude, behavior, and professional appearance
• Demonstrate a cheerful, positive, and “can-do” attitude
• Show initiative and work with appropriate independence
• Perform inventories and settle cash sales after the event
• Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external guests
• Maintain product knowledge and stock replenishment
• Ensure inventory control
• Walk up and down stairs while holding weight up to 20 lbs
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations; complete required safety training

Requirements

• Able to transfer high energy into sales
• Able to do math without a cash drawer
• Outgoing with effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Able to work under pressure
• Team player
