About the role

This position is responsible for performing various hatchery tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform various hatchery tasks
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
• Use a high‑pressure hose

Requirements

• Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching required in all areas
• Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required
• Ability to work in a hot, dusty, and humid environment
• Must not own, possess, or maintain any domestic, wild, or exotic fowl
• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• Rehire consideration: 180‑day (6‑month) waiting period; maximum of two previous Tyson employments
• Relocation assistance: Not eligible
• Work shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
• May be subject to background check; if required, additional documentation will be provided after offer
• Hourly applicants must complete a post‑application task to be considered for employment
