Hatchery Technician - Night shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and correct incubator and hatcher performance.
• Analyze and debug (troubleshoot) machine errors (alarms).
• Support equipment "preventative maintenance program."
• Perform calibration testing/adjustment on equipment.
• Document root cause / corrective actions and maintain equipment maintenance log.
• Maintain inventory control and submit PRs as needed for continued machine performance.
• Assist hatchery maintenance program.
• Fill-in as needed to support hatchery labor.
• Ensure Bio-Security measures are maintained.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by hatchery supervision.
• Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns.

Education and Experience

• High School education or GED.
• Some post high school education preferred.
• 6 months experience related experience preferred.
