Main Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly and daily supply plans in line with sales forecasts and market dynamics.
- Cook up product sourcing from local refineries and imports, ensuring timely allocation and delivery.
- Collaborate with Treasury for availability of funds to plan imports and local supplies, and timely LC opening.
- Monitor inventory levels at terminals and maintain OGRA-mandated stock cover.
- Attend PR meetings and other industry meetings, making notes and sharing with the team.
- Optimize supply routing, logistics planning, and product movement via pipeline, tank trucks, and vessels.
- Track and report refinery production, vessel schedules, and supply-chain performance indicators.
- Identify supply gaps, risks, and constraints, and implement proactive corrective measures.
- Lead coordination with Operations, Retail, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of supply plans.
- Participate in LPG tenders of PPL, OGDL, UEP, etc.
- Contribute to cost and price calculations.
- Calculate Payable / Receivable for imported cargoes as per the price finalized for each cargo.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal SOPs, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience preferably in an OMC.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Understanding of petroleum supply chain, refinery operations, and import processes.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Exposure to SAP will be considered a plus.
