HARVEST SCALE OPERATOR - B SHIFT

Description Job Description Harvest Scaler Prioritize and organize the make sheet with the cattle available to fill product ordersDirect the Chain Feed Person to put the correct grade cattle on the chain and in the right amountDocument all floor downtime by time lost, when, and reasonKeep track of all product changes and notify affected supervisors of each product changeKeep track and record all grade and program cattle changesKeep track of amount of cattle cut daily and recordVerify and document start and shift end timesVerify cattle temperatures coming into Fabrication and documentationAssure all cut codes are in the system correctly 10 Complete all end of shift paperwork and verify is sent to interested parties The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits: Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid time off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): eligible after 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting scheduleBase pay: 24.53/hr.
