Harvest Room Labor PR06 (1st Shift) Randall Road, Springdale - AR

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule

5:00 AM until production ends (1st shift)

Responsibilities

• Commit to working safely at all times and promote a culture of safety to others.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of job safety analysis.
• Train in safety hazard recognition and perform daily department safety inspections.
• Serve as a "Safety Leader" to promote safety culture throughout the facility.
• Hang up to 28 birds per minute while rotating with 2 other people.
• Keep birds picked up and work area clean during rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform all jobs on the back dock as required.

Work Environment

Dusty, hot, wet, cold, and humid conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Full use of hands and arms with repetitive motion.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Pulling, pushing, bending, walking, stooping, reaching, gripping, and squatting.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs or more.

Requirements

• Must provide government identification number for Tyson employment history verification.
• Rehires accepted after 365 days, provided applicant has not worked more than two previous times for Tyson.
• Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Background check required for certain roles.
