Harvest Room Labor PR07 (1st Shift)-Broken Bow, OK
Pay: $21.35 per hour with an additional $3.00 per hour incentive for all hours worked, provided no unscheduled absences occur (excludes vacation, bereavement, jury duty, or holidays).
About the role
Applicants will be considered for general Live Hang labor positions on the posted shift. Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required.
These positions involve standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching with constant wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements. Work environments are dusty, cold, damp, hot, and humid with slippery surfaces. Jobs are fast-paced, require repetitive motion, and may involve lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75+ lbs. Candidates must work around live birds while adhering to animal welfare policies and maintaining Tyson’s safety culture.
