Harvest Production A & B Shift - Kill Floor

About the role

Caviness Beef Packers is seeking team members to join our Harvest Production Team. We provide training for both experienced individuals and those new to the industry, offering a pathway for your next career move in a family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility, including preparing product for further processing
• Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash product
• Use tools and/or machinery such as knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other power tools
• Wear protective safety equipment
• Stand on concrete and/or elevated platforms in a warm and humid work environment

New hires will participate in our Training Program, learning several different jobs during the first 90 days.
