About the role
QProducts & Services, part of the Lanco Group of Companies, is expanding and hiring for 2nd shift positions including Sewers, Packers, Quilters, Material Handlers, and General Labor. The shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, leaving your mornings free. Whether you are new to the workforce or have manufacturing experience, some roles are entry‑level (no experience required) while others let you apply and grow your skills.
Responsibilities
You will help manufacture thermal insulation products — think quilted blankets and protective covers — that keep food, medicine, and other temperature‑sensitive products safe during shipping. This is hands‑on work that makes a real difference in people’s everyday lives.
Requirements
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Exposure to noise, chemicals, heavy equipment and machinery
- Accurate hand/eye coordination
- Finger dexterity and hand strength (grasp, lift, push, pull)
- Considerable climbing, twisting, bending, squatting and kneeling for long periods
- Ability to lift parts up to 50 pounds
- Ability to ascend and descend a ladder and/or scaffolding
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
Qualifications
Some positions are entry‑level and require no prior experience; other roles are suited for candidates with manufacturing experience who want to apply and develop their skills.
