Responsibilities

Harvest Production Team Members will perform a combination of tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility. The work environment is warm and humid, and employees are required to stand on concrete and/or elevated platforms while wearing protective safety equipment.

• Prepare product for further processing
• Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash product
• Use tools and/or machinery such as knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other power tools
• Wear protective safety equipment at all times

Pay

Skilled applicants may receive qualified pay and are not subject to the 90‑day probationary period.
