About the role

This position provides general support and oversight to women participating in an inpatient substance use disorder program, focusing on those who are either pregnant or parenting.

Responsibilities

  • Support women in the program with daily activities and supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 coverage.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals in substance use disorder programs is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of mental health and addiction recovery principles.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Compensation is $20.01 - $26.37 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus shift differentials of $3 per hour for night shifts and $1.75 per hour for swing shifts.

Schedule

The schedule includes:
  • Mondays and Tuesdays: Night shift from 12 am until 8:30 am.
  • Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: Evening shift from 4 pm until 12:30 am.
