About the role

Harvest Home Recovery Aide On-Call Recovery aides provide general support and oversight of women who are in an inpatient substance use disorder program and whom are either pregnant or parenting. This position also includes some food handling duties during meal times.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general support and oversight to women in an inpatient substance use disorder program
  • Oversee food handling duties during meal times
  • Work 24/7 schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Required to obtain a Food Worker Card

Benefits

  • Compensation: $20.01 - $26.37 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
  • Shift differential: $1.75 per hour for swing shifts, $3 per hour for nights, and $1 per hour for weekends
  • Sick leave accruals in accordance with Washington State law
  • Reimbursement of position required credentialing expenditures
