Harvest and Cellar Intern

Responsibilities

• Winery sanitation: cleaning equipment, wine tanks, and hoses
• Fruit receiving, sampling, sorting, and processing
• Operation and cleaning of crush equipment
• Assist with punch downs and pump overs
• Racking and wine transfer
• Barrel filling, topping, stirring, and racking with supervision
• Draining tanks and cleaning tanks and barrels
• Operating and cleaning filtration system (experience with crossflow filter a plus)
• Forklift operation (certification and practical experience is a plus)

Schedule
