Position

Harrison Bay Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Server (On-Call/Float).

Hourly Wage

$15.50/hour - $20.50/hour, depending on experience, plus $500 Sign-On Bonus!

Service Area

1861 Commerce Boulevard, Mound, MN 55364

Schedule

  • Option 1 - Week 1: Sunday and Monday (4pm-8pm) and Friday (430pm-8pm) / Week 2: Monday (430pm-8pm) and Saturday (4pm-8pm)
  • Option 2 - Week 1: Monday (430pm-8pm), Tuesday (4pm-8pm), Wednesday (430pm-8m), Thursday (4pm-8pm) and Saturday (430pm-8pm) / Week 2: Sunday (430pm-8pm), Tuesday (4pm-8pm), Wednesday (430pm-8m), Thursday (4pm-8pm) and Friday (430pm-8pm)

Position Duties & Responsibilities

  • Set up room trays and tables in dining room
  • Serve and bus trays
  • Pour and cover beverages
  • Auxiliary in preparing and covering food
  • Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable
  • Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately
  • Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes
  • Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a senior living setting
  • Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees
  • Advanced computer skills
