Harley-Davidson Parts Sales

Responsibilities

• Aid customers with Harley-Davidson parts and accessory purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate product information.
• Support service technicians with parts for repair orders.
• Maintain organized parts displays and accurate inventory records.
• Participate in promotional events and dealership activities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports parts sales is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, and accessories is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities are required.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (Talon preferred) and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
• The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment is important.
• A team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor are valued.
• A valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement are preferred.
