About the role
Responsible for providing technical support to clients through phone and email. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with installation and configuration of new equipment, and provide training on software applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in IT support
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with common software applications
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts
