Hardware/Software Design Engineer (Senior) – FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED
About the role
The role requires a US citizen with a TS/SCI clearance and active polygraph. Eight years of experience as a Hardware/Software Development Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is also required.
Responsibilities
- Implement DSP and associated technical components in FPGA for code base integration
- Apply Digital Signal Processing theory and application
- Interface FPGA code with existing code bases and software
- Work with signal processing blocks and related DSP components
- Work with Linux OS
- Write code in C and C++
- Use Vivado
- Use Epiq Solution PDK (preferred)
Requirements
Knowledge of signal processing blocks and related DSP components, Linux OS, coding ability in C and C++, Experience with Vivado, and experience with Epiq Solution PDK are required.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Skills
Experience with FPGA coding, Digital Signal Processing theory & application, Interfacing FPGA code with existing code bases and software.
