Job Description
The FLC Technical Recruiter drives full-cycle hiring for hardware engineering roles within a fast-moving product organization. You will own the entire recruiting lifecycle end-to-end—from intake to offer—while partnering closely with hardware engineering leaders, cross-functional partners, and technical program managers across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
This role requires deep technical fluency, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to hire for niche, high-impact hardware roles in a rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements
- 3–7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring hardware, electrical, mechanical, or embedded engineering talent.
- Able to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Boolean search, GitHub).
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
- Experience hiring for consumer electronics, IoT, embedded systems, or high-volume hardware product teams.
- Ability to assess technical depth across EE/ME/RF/Audio/Silicon domains.
- Experience influencing senior engineering leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel data and adjust strategy.
- Familiarity with hardware product development lifecycles.
- Delivering high-quality hardware pipelines quickly for niche roles.
- Building trust with engineering leaders through crisp communication and calibration.
- Improving diversity representation in hardware pipelines.
- Demonstrating ownership, urgency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Maintaining exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer.

- Reliability/Test Engineers: validation, failure analysis
- Systems Engineers: cross-discipline hardware architecture
- Hardware TPMs: cross-functional program execution
