About the role

Gr8ttek is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The Field Specialist will provide hardware-focused, break fix services and solutions on various client products under the supervision of a Territory Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues

Skills

• Basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills

Requirements

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive to client locations
• Ability to lift and/or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance

Benefits
