Hardware Deployment Technician - Our Lady Of Lourdes
About the role
FMOL's Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical in Lafayette, Louisiana is seeking 3 PC techs on a contract basis to assist with hardware deployments at new construction sites, and new clinics. Two of the three positions will be 6-month contracts, while one will be a 3-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Unbox and image new equipment using SCCM
- Asset tag and decommission old equipment
- Deploy new equipment including phones, computers, and Dell laptops
- Support the onsite Desktop Tech team for tier I support tickets
- Provide customer service to support hardware and software issues, installs, upgrades, etc.
- Follow centralized processes for building out laptops, desktops, and thin clients
- Manage wall cabinets for patient rooms
- Support WOWs (work stations on wheels that nurses pull around)
- Handle mobile devices and iPhones, desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
- Look up machines in Active Directory, OU associations, etc.
Requirements
- Familiarity with hardware and working tickets
- Utilize Active Directory
- Experience with installation and servicing
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Proficiency with Windows 10
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Perform upgrades and manage thin clients
- Comfortable working in patient rooms and operating rooms (when needed)
- Fast-paced environment with multiple devices
- Basic assembly skills for hardware devices

- Intermediate level technical skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Organized and adaptable to various tasks
- Comfortable working in a healthcare setting
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience with desktop hardware

Job Type & Location

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr.
