Hardware Assembler - Aerospace & Defense Industry!
About the role
C/A Design, Inc., a part of the Heico Companies, is seeking a Hardware/Assembler for its new 120k sf state-of-the-art facility in Exeter, New Hampshire. The mission is to protect the Warfighter, and this role plays a crucial part in the Assembly team.
Responsibilities
- Strive towards a culture of proactive safety.
- 100% inspect work pieces for cosmetic appearance and obvious non-conformities.
- Install various components of hardware per specifications or direction from manager.
- Follow Job Travelers for specific routing steps to be performed.
- Log activity in ERP system for time and piece count tracking requirements.
- Maintain traceability of parts and work orders as parts move through finishing.
- Clean work areas, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe work area as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Autobody finishing experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with using non-electric hand tools preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read internal drawings and use basic measuring equipment.
- Fine attention to detail.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.

The schedule is flexible and includes a mix of day and night shifts.
