Ready to build something you can be proud of? Enviroscapes is looking for an experienced Hardscapes Foreman to lead a talented crew in creating beautiful outdoor spaces. If you have experience with retaining walls, patios, walkways, lighting, equipment operation, and landscape construction, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work and lead from the front.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardscape and landscape enhancement projects from start to finish
• Build retaining walls, walkways, patios, and other landscape features
• Operate equipment including skid steers, excavators, and dump trucks
• Plant, prune, mulch, and maintain landscape areas
• Install and maintain landscape lighting
• Tear out existing features and rebuild them better
• Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail
• Work directly with customers and maintain a professional, friendly attitude
• Lead, train, and motivate crew members

Requirements

• Hardscape/construction experience required
• Strong knowledge of plants and landscape maintenance
• Previous crew leadership experience preferred
• Clean driving record and background check required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
• Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and leadership skills
