Hardee's Fast Food Restaurant General Manager

Position Qualifications/Core Competencies

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of any combination of experience and/or education in restaurant operations (preferably QSR)
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management experience
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Team building skills
• Investigative and problem-solving skills
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Able to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results
• Strong work ethics and high level of confidentiality

• Consistently provides a quality product and Guest service experience that delivers total Guest satisfaction
