About the role

Hard Truth Distilling Co. is hiring Seasonal Tour Guides to bring high energy, charm, and unforgettable experiences to guests. This role involves leading tours, mixing cocktails, and facilitating tastings and mixology classes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and warmth, making every visitor feel valued
• Mix and serve craft cocktails while sharing passion for mixology
• Lead engaging distillery tours, sharing in-depth knowledge of distillation and the brand's history
• Conduct ATV tours through the woods surrounding the distillery
• Facilitate interactive mixology masterclasses and tastings
• Assist with setup and preparation of the welcome center for tours and events
• Handle post-event breakdown and cleaning to maintain a tidy environment
• Jump in to support various tasks as needed, thriving in a team-oriented setting

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must possess or be willing to obtain an Alcohol Serving License from the State of Indiana
• Ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift throughout shifts
• Clear and professional communication with customers, supervisors, and colleagues
• Big personality with strong work ethic
• Ability to hustle, banter, and make guests feel welcome
• Enthusiasm for craft spirits, cocktails, and great food

Pay

$15.00 per hour + tips
