A Taste of What You'll Do

As a Guest Experience Host at Four Roses Distillery, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through the Distillery Visitor Center. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, telling stories, and bringing a brand to life through engaging, high-quality experiences.

• Leading guided tours and tastings
• Serving as a passionate ambassador who shares knowledge with confidence and enthusiasm
• Ensuring every interaction feels welcoming and authentic
• Delivering exceptional hospitality from the first greeting to the final farewell
• Helping guests feel valued and excited to be part of the Four Roses story
• Crafting cocktails and providing exemplary service in Bar 1888
• Assisting guests with reservations and ticket sales
• Answering questions on the sales floor

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus six months of retail sales, hospitality, food or customer service experience
• Required to be 21 years of age or older
• Required to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
• Required to lift and move product weighing at least 50 pounds
• Strong knowledge of Computer and software proficiency
• Candidate is required to have a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire

How You'll Stand Out

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of retail sales, hospitality, food or hospitality experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
• Tour guide experience
• Bourbon industry experience
• Bartending experience
