Responsibilities
- Research & Program Development: Support implementation of assessments, enter data, review research summaries, and write monthly summaries.
- Compliance: Complete new member file setup, maintain files, and attend ISP meetings.
- Clinical / Direct Practice: Write case notes, conduct psycho-educational or social capital groups, and provide brief therapy-style social coaching.
- Co-facilitation: Co-facilitate social outings, social skills groups, and psycho-educational or social capital groups.
- Coordination & Project Management: Facilitate thank-you card writing, oversee HFM projects, and facilitate small social capital break-out groups.
Qualifications
Current YAI employee only. Must have completed a bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field. Experience working with adolescents and young adults is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. Knowledge of social work principles and practices is beneficial.
