Restores and maintains properties through preventative and corrective repairs. Delivers high-quality craftsmanship and positive customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance repairs: ceiling tiles, wallboards, millwork, flooring, wallpaper, restroom fixtures.
- Address water/cosmetic damage; complete minor drywall repairs and painting.
- Complete minor exterior concrete and masonry repairs.
- Conduct electrical repairs: replace outlets, switches, light fixtures.
- Conduct plumbing repairs: fix leaks, unclog drains, replace fixtures and components.
- Lift and carry up to 50+ lbs; maneuver tools and materials on ladders.
- Drive team accountability on critical KPIs.
- Safely operate vehicles and use field automation systems for material/equipment transport.
- Collaborate with team members and share repair/restoration information.
- Provide customer service: address complaints, explain job specifications.
- Adhere to company procedures and safety protocols, especially for electrical/plumbing work.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and warehouse facilities.
- Assist in quality control plans and conduct inspections for compliance.
- Communicate task statuses and support internal project communication.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications for ceiling repairs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license in good standing without restrictions.
- Valid travel documents (e.g., passport or Real ID).
- Detailed knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in various weather conditions.
- Full use of hands, arms, and fingers for handling tools, wiring, and equipment.
- Capable of safely operating power tools and hand tools.
- May be exposed to loud noises, extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials.
- Ability to drive to worksites.
