About the role

TruBlue Home Service Ally is a national franchise providing trusted handyman repairs, home safety upgrades, and maintenance services to help seniors age in place and support busy families.

Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs and maintenance tasks with care and professionalism.
• Support home safety and accessibility for seniors aging in place.
• Deliver reliable and respectful service to families and individuals.
• Apply skills in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, basic plumbing and electrical.
• Represent TruBlue as a professional, punctual, empathetic, and trustworthy home service ally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of paid, hands-on experience as a handyman or in home repair/maintenance (required)
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical (required)
• Experience with drywall texture, painting, or tile work (preferred)
• Reliable, courteous, and respectful with clients and team members
• Comfortable working independently while representing the company professionally
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must have own tools
• Fluent in English; legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Must live near The Woodlands/Tomball/Magnolia
