Experienced Painter/Drywaller

Requirements

• Drywall hanging, finishing (Level 4-5), and patch/repair work
• Interior painting: prep, priming, and finish coats, including touch-ups and color changes
• Protecting surfaces, masking, and daily cleanup to keep sites tenant-friendly
• Coordinating with other trades and reporting progress/issues to the project lead

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in painting and drywall (hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and repair)
• Deliver clean, professional finishes on occupied and unoccupied commercial spaces
• Own your basic tools, have reliable transportation, and can show up on time, every time
• Understand jobsite safety, can read scopes/drawings, and communicate clearly with supervisors and tenants
• Work independently or with a small crew and hit deadlines without constant oversight
