About the role

The Handyman will oversee and complete a wide range of repairs throughout the facility location. These tasks include trade skills, repair work, and maintenance work. We are looking for someone who is organized, has good time management skills, and possesses strong general repair abilities.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs
• Perform various maintenance tasks
• Repair equipment, machines, and appliances
• Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work
• Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide minor painting services
• Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
• All other duties as defined by your supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment

• Required to stand, walk, lift/climb, talk/hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel

Schedule

Full Time – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
