We are seeking highly motivated professional Handymen with skills in multiple trades who are committed to quality work and customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing, and electrical.
• Navigate a cell phone to complete online work orders.
• Look around the property and communicate to the customer additional repairs or services our company can handle.
• Take time to earn the customer’s confidence and inquire about additional work that could be performed.
• Fix small issues and point them out to the customer to demonstrate our capabilities.
• Maintain punctuality, efficiency, and the highest integrity while striving for top customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of handyman experience (preferred).
• Good overall knowledge of all trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, drywall repair.
• Proper equipment—knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks (not necessarily owning every tool).
• Troubleshooting skills—ability to examine a problem and resolve it promptly and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Presentable, clean-cut appearance and organized tools.
• Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and collaborative attitude.
• Optimistic, reliable, and knowledgeable in multiple trades.
