Handyman

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Handyman to provide basic residential maintenance for the properties managed by Real Property Management Southland. The ideal candidate will bring a full range of general handyman skills and ensure the timely and professional completion of tasks to our organization’s standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
• Perform and deliver exceptional quality work and services
• Complete tasks in a timely manner
• Handle after-hours calls and site visits as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• General plumbing
• General electrical
• General painting
• General handyman tasks
• Yard care
• Expert-level communication with team and customers

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in handyman or maintenance work
• Ability to prepare, write, and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• General maintenance and repair knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7

A company van will be provided.

Pay

Daily rate: $150.00 - $275.00

Bonus opportunities available.

A company credit card will be provided for materials.
