Immediate placement for an experienced hands-on tradesman in commercial construction to join our team for a long-term position. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building client relationships in the local area. This could be a career for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Commercial door, flooring, and Sheetrock installation
• Interior/Exterior Finishes
• Painting
• Concrete work
• Ability to read plans

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience as a tradesman in commercial settings
• Reliable
• Dependable
• Self-Starter
• Computer literate
• Own tools
• Communicative (daily reports / daily phone calls for project updates)
• English / Spanish Bi-Lingual is a major plus
• Must have reliable transportation (Pick-up truck preferably)
• Must be able to pass a background check
