Job Summary This entry level position is located in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The employee will be responsible for: Issuing and receiving materials for the plant via the computer system.Position will manage inventory,Issue and receive goodsPurchase and acquire materials within prescribed limitsHandle safety equipment. This position provides assistance to corporate accounting, supply chain management, material management and all other storerooms throughout the company. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience Minimum Requirements (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications): Strong computer skills with solid knowledge of Microsoft applications. SAP and Maximo experience is preferred.Previous storeroom, warehouse, materials management or plant operations experience is preferred.This position requires heavy lifting (minimum 50 lbs.) so candidate must be in good physical condition.The successful candidate will be mechanically and electrically inclined and have good communications and human relations skills.Prior forklift experience is preferred.Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment is desired.This position also requires the availability for scheduled and unscheduled overtime and must respond to call outs in support of plant Operations and Maintenance. Education Requirements Completion of high school or equivalent (i.e., GED) is required. Licenses, Certifications, or Quals Description Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving history. What You'll Get Expected Hiring Base Salary Range: $27.42 - $30.55 The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location.
