Hand Assembly Associate – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)

About the role

We are hiring reliable and detail-oriented Hand Assembly Associates to support the final stages of production in a manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on inspecting, assembling, and preparing finished products for shipment. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in manufacturing, with potential to grow into more advanced roles such as Machine Operator or Production Technician.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and visible defects
• Count, stack, and package products according to work instructions
• Assemble partitions, inserts, and other packaging components
• Clean and prepare boxes to meet customer quality standards
• Verify quantities and report any discrepancies or issues
• Stage completed products for shipping or next production steps
• Maintain accurate basic production documentation
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills, including counting and simple measurements
• Ability to measure accurately (to 1/16 of an inch)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable using hands and performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow

Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
