Assembly Associate - Temp to Hire

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare automotive drive-train components
• Perform simple operations using hands
• Use hand tools
• Stand for the duration of the shift
• Lift 5 – 75 lbs. on a frequent basis
• Bend, twist, reach, push, pull, grasp, and pinch on a continual basis
• Work with oils and lubricants
• Read and interpret instruction sheets
• Operate multi-function machinery
• Work without supervision

Required Skills

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team skills
• Available to work any of the available shifts
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred

Pay

$18 / hr base pay

Schedule

Standard Shift Schedule
1st Shift: 6am-2pm
2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm
3rd Shift: 10pm – 6am
Shifts have overtime opportunities of 4 hours before or after the shift.
2nd and 3rd shifts have $.30 / hr shift premium
