Hallmark Merchandiser (part-time) Fort Collins, CO 80525
As a Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations. Occasionally, you may work with products from other companies in the stores you service.
Pay and Schedule
Your starting hourly pay rate will be $15.15–$17.15 per hour, depending on skills and experience. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule averaging 4–10 hours per week. Availability is required the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, and to support season changeovers, installations, and inventory. Paid training is provided through live, hands-on instruction and virtual classroom sessions.

Responsibilities
- Perform service work in Hallmark departments of various retail stores (grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers)
- Day-to-day engagement:
- Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory using a Hallmark-provided mobile device
- Manage the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores
- Use technology for communication, time reporting, feedback, and merchandising surveys
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with store employees, management, and customers
- Holiday support:
- Work additional days and extended hours leading up to and following major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- May be required to work on holidays, including weekends, for events like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day
- Department resets:
- Participate in team-based installations, fixture building, card department relocations, and section resets
- Typically notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends
- Collaborate with Hallmark’s field organization to support team members in other territories as needed
Physical Requirements
- Physically demanding role requiring high energy and a sense of urgency
- Work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms
- Consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally)
- Kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday
- Climb stairs and step ladders as required
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Capability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to operate a digital handheld device to read documents and interpret information
- Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet
- Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled
