Half-Time Instructional Strategist (1 yr only)
About The Position
Congin School is looking for a motivated and dynamic Instructional Strategist with a strong background in data analysis to inform best instructional practices and provide small group intervention. This is a half-time, one-year only position.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze school data to determine trends
- Work with staff to offer teaching practices to support student growth
- Organize interventions and continuously monitor student progress with those interventions
- Support and model instructional best practices for teachers
- Support our BARR model with organizing, scheduling, and facilitating meetings
- Ensure students are meeting growth targets and achieving academic benchmarks in collaboration with the building Principal
