Responsibilities

• Determine client needs and provide superior styling services

Requirements

• Maintain a current cosmetology license in the state of employment
• Self-motivated and able to build a loyal client base
• Willingness to engage in a collaborative and supportive work environment
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• License: Current cosmetology license required
• Results: Ability to solve problems, make smart decisions, and drive sales, profit, or customer service
• Ownership: Provide excellent customer service, cooperate, build positive relationships, and take responsibility for actions and outcomes
• Intensity: Proactively seek ways to improve the customer experience, act with confidence and courage, and demonstrate energy and urgency
