Habitat Restoration Technician
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include Schedule if we have content: hybrid work schedule. That's specific. So we can have a Schedule section.
But we also have Benefits list. Pay section: hourly range.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. The Pay section should not contain placeholder like "commensurate with experience". The posting says "Starting hourly rates will range between $20 to $24 per hour and will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant experience." We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. But we must not include filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". However that phrase is part of the substantive info? It's describing that pay is based on experience. It's not a placeholder like "varies" or "TBD". It's actual statement. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". So we must not include that phrase. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. There's a conflict: they say do not include filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". So we must omit that phrase. But we still need to convey the pay range. So we can state the range and maybe note that pay is based on qualifications/experience, but we must avoid the exact phrase "commensurate with experience". We can rephrase: "Pay is based on qualifications and experience." That's not the exact phrase. That's acceptable.
Similarly, we should not include "Hourly wages will be based on qualifications and experience." That's okay as it's not the exact phrase? It contains "based on qualifications and experience." That's fine. The phrase to avoid is exactly "commensurate with experience". So we can keep the rest.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading. So no Habitat Restoration Technician
.
We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers.
We must remove boilerplate like EEO etc.
We must not include application instructions.
Now craft sections:
- About the role: maybe combine description of company and why work at HELIX? Could be two paragraphs: company overview and why work at HELIX. Use
for prose. - Responsibilities: list duties. - Requirements: list minimum requirements and additional skills considered a plus. - Benefits: list benefits. - Pay: hourly range and note based on qualifications/experience. - Schedule: hybrid work schedule. We need to ensure we use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For benefits list, we have items: Robust Health Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) for employee and dependents; Life /Long Term Disability Insurance; Paid Sick Time; Bonus Program; Wellness Program; Employee Stock Ownership Plan participation; 401K participation with employer contributions.
We could also include hybrid work schedule under Schedule.
Now produce HTML fragment.
Check for any duplicated lines: we should not repeat.
Let's write:
