About the Role

Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and construction needs of the resort. This includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, cleaning, painting, drywall installation and repair, carpentry, flooring repairs (carpet, tile, wood), and roof repairs (metal sheeting, roofing tile, shingles, silicone adhesives). Assist with all maintenance work orders and duties as requested.

Responsibilities

• Assist all Maintenance Team Members with repairs and construction projects.
• Keep all maintenance and construction areas clean at all times.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Report any safety and maintenance issues.

Requirements

• One year of maintenance repair experience.
• Ability to work and interact with all team members.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to work in different environmental conditions (hot, cold, dust, wet, and loud noise levels).
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Use a step ladder (climb up to 15 feet).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of maintenance experience or training.
• Valid New Mexico Driver’s License.
