Essential Functions
- Responsible for maintenance and performance of all Health & Wellness equipment.
- Inspect equipment on routine schedule.
- Establish a preventive maintenance program for all equipment in consultation with the Health and Wellness Director and as prescribed by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications.
- Perform routine repairs to cardiovascular and strength training equipment following O.E.M. specifications as well as other facility related equipment / systems as required.
- Complete all work orders and PM’s as assigned and annotation and updating of work logs for specific requirements.
- Assist in identifying projects requiring the services of an outside contractor; assist in obtaining quotes and arranging for services of outside vendors as directed by Health & Wellness Director.
- Maintain and inventory a ready supply of routine maintenance and custodial supplies.
- Update MSDS as required.
- Aid in maintaining designated properties in compliance with applicable local, state and company rules, codes and regulations (OSHA, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and complete minor miscellaneous repairs; replaces light bulbs and ballasts; performs minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs as may be required.
- Follows oral and written instructions while communicating with Program Supervisors and Staff.
- Maintains regular and punctual work attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands
- The position requires sitting; climbing and/or balancing; stooping, kneeling, bending, stretching, crouching and/or crawling; standing; walking; manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination; use of vision; driving a vehicle; pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying 50-75 pounds and occasionally more than 75 pounds.
- This employee may also be required to work weekends and evenings.
