As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell products while offering support and fashion guidance. You'll use your product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and contribute to store operations, including garment care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience.
• Engage with customers to offer personalized service and promote products.
• Share fashion trends, stories, and product information to enhance the customer experience.
• Actively promote and sell products, including the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial or operational actions to meet sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, products, competitors, and influencers.
• Share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge with colleagues.
• Follow all store procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
• Give and receive feedback to support team development.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and courses relevant to your role.
• Complete the full garment cycle, including unpacking, refilling, and steaming.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
• Ensure good stock levels through replenishment routines.
• Follow best practices for in-store OMNI services and tech tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect).
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements.

• Sales experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or related industries.

Pay

Sales Advisors are paid an hourly rate of $13.00.

This role is hourly and non-exempt. Compensation may vary based on candidate qualifications.
