H&M Sales Advisor

As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, and actively sell products while offering support and fashion guidance. You'll use your product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and contribute to store operations, including garment care, presentation, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming, guiding, and assisting customers throughout their in-store and OMNI experience.
• Engage with customers to promote and sell products, share fashion trends, and provide relevant product information.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets as part of the store management team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, products, competitors, and influencers to share with customers.
• Share service, fashion, and operational knowledge with colleagues and participate in feedback sessions for mutual development.
• Complete the full garment cycle, including unpacking, refilling, steaming, and ensuring proper garment care.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practices and processes.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays aligned with visual and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained through replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Follow best practices for in-store OMNI services and tech tools (e.g., Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and legal requirements applicable to the role.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and courses relevant to your role and future development.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and a strong interest in H&M’s in-store offerings.
• Motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Communicative, creative, curious, and action-oriented with a flexible and decisive approach.
• Enjoyment of collaborative and dynamic work environments.
• Sales experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries.

Pay

Sales Advisors are paid an hourly rate of $16.50.
