H&M Sales Advisor
About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and providing customers with support & guidance. You'll use your fashion and product knowledge to provide our customers with all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You'll also work on garment refill & care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service: welcome & guide customers through the store & OMNI experience, support them with direct service, and engage in conversations to meet their needs.
- Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products across all store areas.
- Effectively promote and sell products, including the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.
- Stay up‑to‑date with fashion scenes, trends, styles, brands, competitors and relevant influencers; share this knowledge with customers.
- Retain and share service, fashion and store‑operations knowledge with colleagues; give & receive feedback.
- Follow all procedures, routines and legal requirements in all store areas.
- Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices.
- Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
- Support garment presentation, execution and attractive merchandise displays according to visual & commercial guidelines.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
- Use in‑store OMNI services & tech tools (In‑store Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.) following best practices.
- Assist with opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all health & safety guidelines and applicable legal requirements.
Qualifications
You should be passionate about fashion, motivated by delivering great customer experiences, and possess strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, decisiveness, and an action‑oriented mindset. Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.

Pay
Hourly, Non‑Exempt. Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour.
