Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication to gather pertinent information needed to complete assigned projects
- Research and coordinate guest speaker options for upcoming division-wide events, including outreach, scheduling, and follow-up communication
- Assist with onsite event preparation and coordination, ensuring all logistics, materials, and meeting spaces are organized and ready for use
- Order necessary supplies, including organizing materials and ensuring items are prepared accurately and timely
- Prepare, type, and format correspondence, agendas, attendee lists, registration tracking, and session documentation
- Maintain organized files and records related to assigned projects
- Schedule meetings as needed and work with various planning committees for assigned projects and division-wide events
- Provide objective and accurate documentation
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Serve and conduct with exceptional professionalism
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent AND 0-2 years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed)
- Technical proficiency
- Strong interviewing and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and documentation
- High organizational skills
