Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication to gather pertinent information needed to complete assigned projects
  • Research and coordinate guest speaker options for upcoming division-wide events, including outreach, scheduling, and follow-up communication
  • Assist with onsite event preparation and coordination, ensuring all logistics, materials, and meeting spaces are organized and ready for use
  • Order necessary supplies, including organizing materials and ensuring items are prepared accurately and timely
  • Prepare, type, and format correspondence, agendas, attendee lists, registration tracking, and session documentation
  • Maintain organized files and records related to assigned projects
  • Schedule meetings as needed and work with various planning committees for assigned projects and division-wide events
  • Provide objective and accurate documentation
  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed
  • Serve and conduct with exceptional professionalism

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent AND 0-2 years of relevant experience (Substitutions may be allowed)
  • Technical proficiency
  • Strong interviewing and communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail and documentation
  • High organizational skills
